Longtime lurker, first time poster...

I've read Robert Edmund Alter's Carny Kill. I've seen original edition of Frederic Brown's Madball for $60. I've heard about Gresham's Nightmare Alley...

Two questions. 1) Has Brown's Madball ever been reprinted? (So I can actually a reading copy.) 2) What other HB/noirs have been set in carnivals and amusement parks?
