To complete what Mark Sullivan and Bill Crider reported, the first edition of SEVEN SLAYERS (Saint Enterprises, "A Chartered Collection, 1946--digest sized papereback original) contains the same 7 stories.

The pulp indices list a handful of uncollected Cain stories, and quite a few years ago, Blood & Guts Press (yes, that was the name of it) was going to publish them in book form. Nothing happened.
