I too remember the prestige one gained by knowing some of
these songs by
heart. I taught my whole Scout patrol, "Be Prepared." I
credit Lehrer and
early issues of Mad magazine with introducing me to the joys
of darkness at
an early age.
We're getting nostalgic; it must be summer again.
