Thanks. But are there any, um, standards, typical practices, or industry
covenants regarding book titles? Such a thing as a decent interval? At
least more than the 4 years between Camus' _The Stranger_ and Orson Welles'
film of the same title? Or even more than the ten years between Block's
title and Cormier's? Would seem in the interest of all concerned to have
some kind of understood agreement in this area.
