RARA-AVIS: William Bogart

Duane Spurlock (dspurlock@earthlink.net)
Wed, 5 May 1999 07:06:09 -0400 Here's another writer I'm curious about that I'm hoping someone here can
fill in the blanks for: William Bogart. His origins are in the pulps. He was
a ghost writer on Doc Savage for Lester Dent and wrote a number of short
stories and novels for other mystery pulp magazines during the 1940s. Does
anyone know whether his career continued into the paperback era after the
pulp market collapsed?
