Mm-m, and let's not forget that it's also included in
Westlake's first
collection of short stories, "The Curious Facts Preceding My
Execution".
Incidentally, I believe that the title story was actually
Westlake's first
humorous crime story. It was also originally published using
the Stark
handle.
