Don't forget the absurd locked-room French film with Colluche,
where the
murder victim is a bus conductor killed in a tiny toilet
cabinet locked
from the inside. More a parody of Maigret and Agatha Christie
than
hard-boiled, but worth a few laughs. Pity I can't recall the
title.
