RARA-AVIS: What Dennis McMillan's up to

Tue, 13 Apr 1999 14:03:44 -0400 (EDT) Maura (perhaps Mrs. Dennis) McMillan wrote me yesterday to tell me

is up. There's a blurb on his new Leigh Brackett book, and other new
titles, and he also says:

| In the near future, I'll be doing two books by Charles Willeford (The
| Difference-a reprint of his most collectible book, The Hombre from
| Sonora, published under his original title; and Writing & Other Blood
| ports, an essay collection that will include a reprint of my 1987
| ltd. ed. of New Forms of Ugly: The Immobilized Hero in Modern Fiction
| as well as a number of previously unpublished essays on a variety of
| literary topics).

There's more on these on his "Forthcoming" page. I thought Willeford
fans here would be interested.

And, there's an essay by Willeford on Jim Tully, whose name I didn't
know. It's at
