Seems to me there was a gal wrote stuff because she didn't think that the
submissions she was getting were up to snuff. Might have been Leigh
Brackett.

That 1940 cutoff is tough, though.

Don't have a bib to cover this.

Anybody got a copy of the Cook/Miller Index for sale?
