Speaking of new books, or at least recent, has anyone read Mr. White's
Confession by Robert Clark? I just read an extremely laudatory write up
of it by Greil Marcus (Esquire, 9/98). Considering he is the guy who
turned me on to Crumley (among other things), his opinion counts for a
lot with me. Has anyone read it? What do you think?
