British writer, so, if you are in the USA maybe his
other books are even more difficult to find there. (?)
As you declare having enjoyed Derek Raymond's (aka
Robin Cook in Europe)writing, I strongly suggest you
try to find:
Grevious Bodily Harm (1980)

There is a pocketbook edition of it, re-issued in
1993 by 'a&b'- Allison and Busby/UK.- Titled: 'G.B.H'
Way above Get Carter for the Noir aspects, even more
tough, and incredibly insidious. IMO a real great book.
