In the realm of parody, there is the hysterical "Farewell, My
Lovely Appetizer" by S.J. Perelman. It primarily pokes fun
at Chandler, but the entire realm of detective fiction is tickled.

Jon Breen has also parodied Hammett, with the v. funny "$106,000 Mud Bunny" (find
it online via the Maltese Falcon FAQ--roll over the Hammett picture). (Originally
published in EQMM).

There's a parody of Chandler online also, "Raymond Chandler's _Hamlet_" which is
available via an online US-college zine.  (The URL's in my other bookmarks file).

Chandler himself parodied Hemingway, in the amusing "Beer in the Sergeant-Major's
Hat (or The Sun Also Sneezes)" which I can share with anyone who wants a look.

It would seem there's quite a lot of parodic h-b writing about--perhaps because a
form so mannered and stylised lends itself to parody.  Whatever--some of it's funny
;-)
