publishing
knowledge explain
how two separate publishers can both have US printing rights
for the same
book?) and the new Doom Fox, from Grove.

Thanks for forwarding along the reference to OSB. Always
funny to hear
people talking about you in print. Case you are wondering,
OSB was able to
secure the trade rights for Goines and Slim, because, 1) I
have a great
relationship with Bentley Morriss, owner of the Hollywood
House, having sold
many of his books overseas, and because 2), I was able to
convince him that
we would generate new excitement about the authors. Turned
out to be true.
