Wormser had some stories in MANHUNT, but I don't know about the pulps. THE
INVADER and THE TAKEOVER are the books with that "From the publishers of THE
GODFATHER" blurb. Gold Medal was selling a lot of books that way in those
days. Or "in the tradition of THE GODFATHER." Even Peter Rabe got in on
that act. But Wormser's books aren't like any other Mafia books you'll ever
read, I'll bet.
