RARA-AVIS: Gold Medal

snaps on page one? I've been happy to find a few, a Hamilton, a Marlowe,
but I wonder if I should just forget the integrity of the pages and glue and
just read it as the pages fall out. Is this how it is done? What exactly is
the etiquette here?

Opening one of these books I feel like Hamlet addressing Yorick.
Particularly when the title is "Death is the Name of the Game."
