RARA-AVIS: Early Westlake

Some of the very early Westlake books are pretty hardboiled
stuff: KILLY,
KILLING TIME (aka THE OPERATER), PITY HIM AFTERWARDS, and then
there's one
title that's just a number. I can never remember the number. I
don't know
that any of these are currently available.
