Sam, a police dog. They are quite good small town mysteries, although
Reid does follow a case or two into the city. Bennett left the big city
to become the sheriff in a small resort town and found he didn't leave
crime and murder behind.

I didn't know Wood wrote under another name. I'll have to check those
out. Thanks for the info, Bill.
