Speaking of Crime TV (and I must agree with the poster that
last night's
HOMICIDE was potent stuff--I always thought Kellerman was the
edge on that
show), I was pleased to see that TV Land picked up a whole slew
of Crime TV
"Classics." Yes, we're inundated with formula crap like Honey
West, Mannix,
and Cannon, but at least they've gone out on a limb and picked
up ALFRED
HITCHCOCK PRESENTS and such little seen short runs as Checkmate
and 87th
Precinct. Can't wait to see the 87th. I've heard decent things
about it.
Anyone out there actually witness it firsthand?
