between Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. Basically, they each list books
published in their own country and show links at the bottom of the page
to their affiliates, the two above, plus the German Amazon.de.
Amazon.com lists Get Carter as out of print. In fact, it lists all of
the Ted Lewis books this way. Several, including Grevious Bodily Harm
(great, by the way) and Carter and the Mafia Pigeon, are not listed at
all.
