A moderately good "checklist" would be Jon Warren's Official
Guide to
Paperbacks, published by House of Collectibles. It lists most
GMs up to 1969.
Just don't pay attention to Warren's pricing as it's not
widely regarded as
THE price guide. Most collectors gauge prices from individual
catalogs.
