Jim Sallis knows more about Himes and Goodis and Thompson than
anybody
I know, and the way he draws parallels between these three
doomed
writers is very interesting. I don't think the book is out of
print
because I saw the publisher, Gary Lovisi at Bouchercon and he
had some
there. Gary's firm is Gryphon Publications in Brooklyn,
NY.
