Okay, I'll start the ball rolling. Off the top of my head I
know of:
Richard Stark: the Parker and Grofield novels
Tucker Coe: the Mitch Tobin novels
Timothy J. Culver: a political novel, which had different names
hardback
(Ex Officio) and paper (Power Play)
Curt Clark: Anarchaos, a sci-fi novel
J. Morgan Cunningham: Comfort Station, a spoof of a disaster
book, with
the memorable blurb "I wish I had written this book! -- Donald
E.
Westlake"
