I hope you get the chance to hear the great jazz pianist Hank
Jones. Not
to be missed. I assume you like jazz, like every hardboiled
fan I've
ever met.
Plenty of bookstores, including Otto Penzler's Mysterious
Bookshop on
56th street (I haven't visited it in a while; I hope it's
still there).
It has an *outstanding* collection of mysteries and is well
worth a
visit.
