I read it a while ago. It's okay. Agree that Double Indemnity
is better. Of
course, the film of Double was written by Chandler and is
better than Cain's
book. Who or what institution included Postman in the top 100
English
language books of the 20th-century? Was it that ridiculous
Modern Library
list?
