Pearl the wonder dog and all the food preparation, I did think the section
where Spenser is severly injured and his recovery, were top Parker. My
favorite of his is still "Early autumn" which is a great book to hand to a
teenager to read. I gave it to my son when he was suffering from our divorce
and his dad moved halfway around the world. It helped him.
I just started the Healy "Act of god". Normally I really like Healy but
the writing is so poor compared to Parker. What happened here? Is it going
to improve?
