Grave, written and directed by Meir Zarchi, in which a woman brutally
kills her five rapists.

They also list a 1959 b & w French film J'Irai Cracher Sur Vos Tombes
AKA I Spit on Your Grave, directed by Michel Gast, written by him and
Boris Vian. No plot is supplied so it may be similar and, for all I
know, not having seen either one, the 1978 could be based on the 1959
one.
