Overseas readers (ie North American and Canadians) may need
some time to
track down copies / place orders for books not easily
available outside
the UK/Europe.
Some names that I think might have been mentioned were Mark
Timlin and
Derek Raymond. Other European and non-European (Japanese?)
titles were
suggested too. Can I call on Bill to begin the administrivial
task of
starting discussion / sorting out the next batch of
titles?
