seen Kenneth Branaugh in a bad movie and I'm a huge fan, both as actor and
director. I can't say that his "Dead Again" is noir but it's an excellent
whodunit type of thriller, that switches from the past (circa 1948, shot in
B&W) and the present (circa 1992, shot in color) and has then wife, Emma
Thompson, as his love interest. TGM got excellent reviews but never came to
my 10-plex. Bummer. Cynthia.

novels. it deviates from any other Grisham movie, it has it's 'noir' moments.
there are some nice reviews of it around the net and it should be coming on
video soon seeing that it was not nationally released, and i saw it earlier
this year. course i would say that it is worth the price of the ticket just to
see Kenneth Branagh play a southern lawyer. ciao, ziggy nix
