This explaines a lot. Ever heard of a place called Dunblaine?
Hungerford?
How about starting up a "How to own guns and
be a good citizen" class in American High Schools.
Imagine it:
"Now class, when you you hear the fire alarm, those of you who have
had a argument recently remember to duck on the way out"
Or
"It is not good road sense to shoot from the window of a moving car.
You often hit passers by, unless of course this is your
intention. It is much better to stop and take aim first"
Willeford had a point - there are a lot of very bad people out there.
