RARA-AVIS: Burnt Orange Availability?

_Burnt Orange Heresy_, is generally unavailable and listed by amazon.com
and barnesandnoble.com as "out of print"?

Suggestions? (Easily found and read Miami Blues and The Way We Die, but
not Burnt Orange.)
