RARA-AVIS: French Films

books that were mentioned earlier. I did, however, film a long ago
mention on a book jacket that Claude Chabrol was supposed to be filming
"How the Dead Live," but I find no mention of it in any filmography.
Was this made? Also, I found a notice about the BBC series which called
it "Dead of Night," but no information on whether or not it was
completed and/or aired. Can anybody help me?

Finally, I see that Marc Behm's "Eye of the Beholder" is being filmed by
Stephan Eliot, starring Ewan MacGregor and Ashley Judd, featuring k.d.
lang. Was the earlier version, "Mortelle Redonee," with Isabelle Adjani
ever released on video in the States?
