I did have the book at hand, so I did check. The story,
"Nightmare in
the Street" (previously unpublished in English) is in the 1st
Fresh
Blood and Raymond/Cook's literary executor is John Williams.
I'm not
familiar with him, but co-editor Maxim Jakubowski describes him
as
"British critic and writer."
