Well, congratulations to Pelecanos - but why does *everyone
else* get
mentioned before the author, the guy who did the hard work? It
reminds
me of Robert Bloch, who had to argue to convince people that he
had
actually written a novel called "Psycho"! Ah, Hollywood...I
have even
heard it suggested that Tarantino is a pulp writer.
