Just a little aside, off subject.
The film Bob le Flambeur serves as inspiration for the title
of my
professor, Frederick Barthelme's novel Bob the Gambler. The
book has
nothing to do with the movie, except that the lead character
rents it,
watches it, and his step daughter begins calling him "Bob the
Gambler" as a
little joke. Not a crime book. But I liked it quite a
bit.
