I haven't visited James Stephenson's web pages yet but intend
to do so soon.
However, I am reminded to recommend to you PULP CULTURE, a new
book just out
and written by Frank Robinson. It is filled with beautiful
reproductions of
pulp covers from that fabulous era. Most are NOT hard-boiled
related but
somehow I have the feeling that this would not interfere with
appreciation
from this bunch. A little on the pricey side, listing at $40
but available
through the internet for about $27.
