I know that PWA co-published at least two, and probably more, volumes with
Sisters in Crime, called Deadly Allies I & II. The only one I own is
Deadly Allies II, which was co-edited by Robert Randisi and Susan Dunlap,
and which I *think* was also published by Mysterious. There's very little
in there that I'd call hard-boiled per se, but there's a lot of good
writing, mostly in the PI genre. (There's also some mediocre to bad
writing, but all in all--I think--it's a fun & decent anthology.)
