Gee, Bill, ya wanna get in trouble with Loto Ontario? Or Loto-Quebec? Or
any of the other provincial, state and federal governments who have wiped
out the illegal number rackets by setting up their own?

And, of course, now they're opening their own casinos, taking over the
"stupid" slot machines, so suckers don't have to travel all the way to
Vegas or Atlantic City. Seems illegal now means something governments can't
tax...

Forget Bay City. It's already here...

But I digress...
