Speaking of which, perhaps I should re-introduce myself. I
was on the
list briefly last spring, before all h*** broke loose in RL.
It's
good to be back, although I've been lurking for the past few
weeks as
you discussed the Thompson novel. I came in on the middle of
the
discussion and, although _Killer_ is on my bookshelf, I
thought I'd
wait and read it later. I've also got _The Talented Mr.
Ripley_
sitting there collecting dust, so I thought I'd start up with
that one.
