MD/DC area has a couple of good stores where you can get used books.
The Second Story warehouse (12160 Parklawn Dr, Rockville) has a great
selection of used mystery paperbacks, and I'm pretty sure I saw 2 or 3
copies of _Green Ice_, as well as Whitfield's _Death in a Bowl_ there 3
weeks ago. Wonder Book and Video in Frederick has the largest selection
of used books in the area, and is a great place to get lost in for a
couple of hours.

The best site I've found antiquarian books on the web is Interloc, at
http://www.interloc.com/ A quick search of _Green Ice_ turns up 3 copies
of the Gregg reprint from 1980 as well as a 1930 ed. The MX bookfinder
(http://www.mxbf.com/) turns up those books, as well as copies of the
Quill paperback.

Good luck.
