Out of town and out of the loop, but came into the middle of a
speculation
about whether a story by Keene might exist in hardback. Didn't
see the
original post in this thread, but were the Popular Press
(Bowling Green
University Press) publications mentioned? Have the second, More
Tales of
the Defective Detective in the Pulps (ed. Hoppenstand, Roberts
and Browne),
which doesn't have anything by Keene (Gray, Jacobsons, Kobler,
& Bryne are
represented), but the first anthology, (Tales of...) coedited
by Gary
Hoppenstand, might have something.
