I get really turned off by lists that behave in a parental
manner. I always
opt for a free course of conversation between people who
share passions. A
lot of good can come from digressive conversations. And I
enjoy hearing more
about the nature of fans of the hardboiled, knowing more
about their other
interests and knowledge base. Why must lists act so anal? I
belong to a few
that aren't, and those are the ones I enjoy the most. When
was the last time
anyone had a good laugh while reading this list?
