I'm not sure about the completeness of the collections, but I
believe
SUNY-Buffalo has a run of _Black_Mask_ in the recently-donated
Kelly
Collection of popular fiction, which is still being processed
by our
severely-understaffed library (thank you, Gov. Pataki). If you
like, I
can check the catalogues of other Western New York
universities--I think I
may have heard of _Black_Masks_ at Rochester.
