RARA-AVIS: Reading/discussion list calendar

Here's the schedule for the reading list. The dates are Mondays, the
date on which people can start in on whatever we've been reading.
Don't go jumping the gun and revealing spoilers! Of course, the
discussion on a given story can go on for as long as there's
interest.

26 May: "Red Wind" (Raymond Chandler, _Trouble Is My Business_)
         "The Scorched Face" (Dashiell Hammett)
2 Jun: "Round Trip" (W.R. Burnett) # All these short stories are
"Mistral" (Raoul Whitfield) # from _Hardboiled_, edited
9 Jun: "Backwash" (Frederick Nebel) # by Jack Adrian and Bill Pronzini
"Trouble-Chaser" (Paul Cain) # (Oxford University Press)
16 Jun: "Fruit Tramp" (Daniel Mainwaring)
         "Brush Fire" (James M. Cain)
23 Jun: "Human Interest Stuff" (Brett Halliday)
         "Waiting for Rusty" (William Cole)

We can either continue along the anthology, or move on to other
things. In the list I made of suggestions people had sent, I forgot
to include two lists sent in private, so I'll enclose the expanded
list below.

Note: I still don't have my copy of _Hardboiled_ yet, so I'm basing
this off the list of stories someone sent around a few days ago. I
hope I got it right.
