Quite some time ago, I read a couple books which featured a detective by 
the name of Dismas Hardy.  I think there were a total of three books, which 
I found to be quite entertaining.  I *thought* the author was John 
Lescroart, but am unsure.

Has anyone read any fiction with the above mentioned detective?  Has 
anything new been written by the author containing that character?
