    At that point, the words "photocopy" or "scanner" start to sound good. Unless one wants the book for other reasons than to read it, if course. Unfortunately, libraries have gotten rid of t lot of good stuff. I bought some old Westlake books at library sales, books that had been taken off the shelves. I'd better not get started on that.
