I haven't heard of a complete Westlake short fiction collection. Great idea, though.

According to Thrilling Detective, there was one short story published under the Stark name ("The Ledge Bit," September 1959, Mystery Digest.) I've never read it and don't know how to get it. I don't think it's been in any of the Westlake collections published to date.
