One thing I've wondered about this list is that why there's no discussion over
G.M. Ford's books. I've read two or three and found them of a high quality,
with interesting themes and plots, even though in some there was a serial
killer and I'm pretty tired of serial killers. I admit that his best-known
series character, Frank Corso, is a bit gimmicky.
