Although I don't intend to post very often, the welcome message I received asked me to introduce myself after a couple of weeks, so I shall oblige.

My name is Trent, and I run a website devoted to Richard Stark's Parker novel (violentworldofparker.com). I know from my e-mail that several regulars here have been there. If you haven't and are a fan, do drop in. If you're one of my old visitors who hasn't been by in awhile, I've revamped it entirely with more improvements to come, so check it out.

Everyone who posts here is writing about so many books that I haven't read yet and sound intriguing that I can't possibly keep track of them, much less read them all. That's the thing with crime fiction--there are so many quality novels out there that keeping up is impossible. Between the daily e-mail from this group and the archives, I guess I won't lack for recommendations anytime soon.

So there's my introduction. I look forward to reading some of the books on my quickly-growing list. Back to lurking for now.
