I heard from one of the editors of OOTG that they've managed to get the magazine in 50 bookstores, here and abroad, as of this month.  I think one of the reasons for the success of OOTG so far is the enthusiasm with which the editors, writers, and readers support the magazine.  It's also a quarterly instead an annual and is supported by their online zine, MuzzleFlash, which keeps the print magazine in readers/buyers minds.  You'll also find OOTG promoted all over the web on blogs and review sites.  OOTG is fun and doesn't take itself too seriously.  It's just out there supporting the genre and the writers who gladly contibute their stories to keep it going.  And yes, the next issue will be their fifth.
