Be prepared to pay a lot of money for these signed/limited HC volumes. They begin at $75 each, and go up to $1000 for the volume signed by Charles Willeford (with varying prices in between from volume to volume). The first five volumes, however, were reprinted in paperback form and can be easily found for $10 each. Check ABE.

This 17 (?) - volume HC series is my Holy Grail, but for obvious reasons
($$$$$$) it won't be finding its way onto my bookshelves anytime soon.
